This year Rachel won Elk Grove, CA's "O Say Can You Sing" National Anthem Contest and got to sing at the City Council Meeting and was presented with a ribbon from the mayor. Aside from singing, she was also featured in Elk Grove Citizen Newspaper!

Rachel won this year's "O Say Can You Sing" Contest in Elk Grove, CA! On Wednesday, June 24th Rachel sang the National Anthem for the City Council Meeting and was presented a ribbon from the mayor!
